We do not collect any personal information. The App has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location.
The content you create in the App — lists, list items, folders, and related settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage frameworks. This content is not transmitted to the Developer or to any third-party server operated by the Developer.
The App optionally uses Apple iCloud (CloudKit private database) to sync your lists across devices signed in to the same Apple ID and to help your data survive reinstalling the App.
The App may use silent background notifications solely to keep your iCloud data in sync across your devices. These notifications are a technical part of iCloud sync and are not used for marketing or advertising.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Unlimited Lists"). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Developer does not receive or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment information. Apple provides only anonymous confirmation that a purchase was completed. Apple's processing of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App may occasionally ask you to rate it using Apple's standard system prompt. Any rating or review you choose to leave is handled entirely by Apple and is not linked to you by the Developer.
The App contains no analytics software, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. We do not use tracking technologies as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, and the App does not request permission to track you.
Apple may provide the Developer with aggregate, anonymous App Store statistics (such as total downloads) if you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers in your device settings. This information is not personally identifiable and is controlled by Apple.
The App stores preferences (such as appearance and feature settings) locally on your device using the system settings store. These preferences remain on your device and are not sent to the Developer.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for users of all ages in this respect.
The only third party involved in the App's core functionality is Apple, which provides device storage, iCloud, push delivery, and payment processing. The App does not integrate advertising networks, social media SDKs, or external analytics providers.
